All Better!

Well, we went to the doctor today to have both Blake & Natalie checked out. Dr. Monzon wanted to check on them to make sure the antibiotics worked their magic...and they had! Blake's sinuses looked great and Natalie's lungs were clear and ears back to normal. Thank goodness. Hopefully now they will get back into their regular sleep patterns.

We are outside today playing in this warm weather and lovin' it! They played on the playset, slide and swings. They played in the sandbox and ran in the yard too. Now we are in the screened in porch enjoying a summer treat, popsicles! Life is good!!!

Blake finished his Bitty Soccer league last week, but is ready to play again. He got a taste of scoring during the 2nd half of his 2nd game and by the 3rd and final game scored 12 goals!!!!! Granted there wasn't a goalie, but the goal was only about 5-6 feet wide. He had a blast! I just signed him up for Bitty Baseball for July and he is supposed to be on the same team as his good buddy Brady, so that should be a great time too! Blake weighs 42 lbs. and is tall (about 45 inches) and skinny, but muscular. Recently he has become a much better eater! He loves veggies and isn't fighting us on eating as much. Unless it was his normal favorites he wouldn't eat or not very well, but we are seeing the tide change. It is so good to see him eat veggies and try new foods!!!

Natalie is now saying "No" and "No, No, No" & shaking her pointer finger back and forth! She is such a climber too! She is 21 lbs. and tall also. We didn't measure her today, but she goes back for her 18 month check-up in two weeks. She has lots of personality, that's for sure! I'll write more about her after her 18month check-up.
